Though Langtang Region lies very near to Kathmandu, it is totally rural and undisturbed by the modernism of 21st century. The mountaineering trip to Yala Peak Climbing passes through the Langtang National Park. It is home to many rare and endangered wildlife species. The incredible voyage to Yala Peak offers tranquil nature, stunning diverse landscapes, Red blooming Rhododendron flowers blanketing over the lush forests along with the chances to encounter cute Red Panda, Snow Leopard etc.

Most of the trekkers on this region prefer to spend one day for acclimatization in Kanzjyin Gompa to balance their body with higher altitude. Additionally, you can well spend your day here by exploring the famous Monastery of the region – Kanjyin Gompa. On heading forward, you will traverse through the Yak grazing fields and small settlements of Tamang peoples.

Best Season for Yala Peak Climb

Yala Peak Climbing can be done in all the seasons throughout the year; however, autumn (September, October and November) and spring (March, April and May) are considered as the best trekking and peak climbing seasons in Nepal. These two seasons offer the best climatic conditions and perfect views of Himalayas on a clear sky. Moreover, the nature is at its best during autumn and spring.

How difficult is Yala Peak Climbing?

Yala Peak Climbing is non technical peak and can be successfully climbed even by novice trekkers. However, the physical fitness and previous experience of outdoor sports are recommended. Experienced climbers can complete the trek more easily.
